The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience in the hardware and building material industry, sales experience, a four year degree and the availability to travel 3-4 nights per week. We now have a position covering the southern California market.

The retail development specialist will present our entire co-op program of services and products to independently-owned hardware, lumber, and home center stores. They are aggressive and proactive consultants who work with retail members finding ways to improve profitability through total analysis of their business. This analysis includes complete review of competition in the market area, employee and customer surveys, financial analysis, and recommendations.
